Dr. Scott Weiss and David Spierer approached us with a revolutionary idea that would change the way physical therapists and other healthcare specialists interact with patients. They envisioned a platform where users could book 15, 30, or 45-minute video chats with multiple healthcare professionals at once.
Gigareef worked with them to bring their vision to life leveraging an agile development workflow. We started by identifying key features and breaking build schedules into individual 2-week sprints.
Along our journey with Dave and Scott, we have handled all of the UX, Design, and Development around each feature launch. Some key features of the platform include:
- Uber-like payment division between users and Experts on the platform using Stripe Connect
- Expert rating system where users can rate their experience with an expert after a Roundtable and then those ratings are displayed to other users to help them make the right selection for themselves
- Expert Scheduling system across time-zones that allows Experts to declare their availabilities and users to book Experts based on those availabilities
